The OFL-ODRT offers a facilitation service to help workplace parties establish an effective return-to-work program that prevents disability by removing barriers and accommodating injured workers. The service includes a situtational assessment, leadership strategy session and training for front line managers, workers and return to work committee members. For more information contact ODRT
